We pride ourselves that we not only check the quality of the finished product, but also we have an extensive system of in house quality and process controls to ensure the best quality products.
Mending
Each and every meter at Latif is carefully screened and mended before being forwarded for processing. Full screen mending department is committed to keep the high international standards of products, and this is possible only because of our highly experienced supervisors and dedicated team work strive for excellence.
Processing
We have in-house consultants to provide technical expertise to our partners for determination of process route and selection of dyestuff and auxiliaries to meet customers’ quality protocols. We can use both pigment and reactive dyestuff that is AZO-Free and Oeko-tex permitted, which enables production of exact shades, time after time, and which effectively ensures both consistency, as well as reliability.
Quality Control
As an Oeko-Tex certified company Latif International has set continuous Quality Improvement goals to meet the international standards and its objects.
The visual inspection of grey and finished fabric products is conducted according to 4-point (Demerit Point) system. Our quality control procedures are on the guidelines of ISO 9000 and OEKO TEX standards.
